General Troubleshooting
1. I am not able to login
- Reset your password using the functionality on the login page and try relogin again
- If it still fails, please contact the OmniDeq administrator.
2. How to get OmniDeq version information
You can navigate to the Version page by clicking on the "Settings" menu to access dropdown options. Then, click on "Subscription," as demonstrated in the image below.
Version shows all the release versions including the information about subscription license..
