Managing Versions for Customize and Build

CHAI™ Application Transformation Studio allows you to Manage and version copies of customization work done on the processes/applications during the transformation workflow.

Create/Delete a version (copy) for customization

1. Click on Transform in the menu on the left side.

2. Now click on Containerize against the process you are interested in.

   

3. Create a version (copy) for customization. Select the profile and click on the Create copy button as shown in the image below.

   

4. Once you click on the Create copy Option, CHAI™ will present a screen with copied version.

   

5. Delete a version (copy).

   • Select the process/application version from the left panel and then click on the More actions -> Delete button to remove the version. This will remove the selected version (copy). Make sure to first mark the another profile as final and then only the Delete option will be visible.

   

Merge Process/applications

1. Click on Transform in the menu on the left side .

2. Select the processes which are to be merged and then click on the Merge Components button.

   

3. Provide the desired Name for the merged profile and click on Create merged component

   

4. This will create a new Profile on which you can perform the customization using the Customize and Build option.
