Labels & Annotations¶
Labels and annotations are key-value pairs. These fields are optional.
Labels¶
Expand the Add Labels & Annotations section and click Add Label to add labels as shown in the image below.
Label Key Constraint¶
Keys have two segments: an optional prefix and name, separated by a slash (/).
1. Prefix Segment Constraint¶
- Only lowercase alphanumeric characters and periods (.) are allowed
- Must start and end with an alphanumeric character
- Maximum 253 characters allowed
2. Name Segment Constraint¶
- Only alphanumeric characters, hyphens (-), periods (.), and underscores (_) are allowed
- Must start and end with an alphanumeric character
- Maximum 63 characters allowed
Label Value Constraint¶
- Only alphanumeric characters, hyphens (-), periods (.), and underscores (_) are allowed
- Must start and end with an alphanumeric character
- Maximum 63 characters allowed
- Value can be empty
